This contractual document shall govern the purchase of products through the website https://es.bbox.com, operated by INFANETO SL, hereinafter referred to as the PROVIDER.
Acceptance of this document implies that the USER:

Has read, understands, and comprehends what is stated herein.

Is a person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Accepts all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions shall have an indefinite period of validity and shall apply to all purchases made through the PROVIDER’s website.
The PROVIDER informs that the business is responsible for and aware of the current legislation of the countries to which it ships products, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions, without affecting goods or promotions acquired prior to such modification.
Identity of the Contracting Parties
On the one hand, the supplier of the goods or services contracted by the USER is INFANETO SL, with registered address at Berilio, 5 (P.I. Los Camachos), 30369 Cartagena, Murcia, Spain, Tax ID (CIF) B30925572, and customer service contact phone and email: +34 968123580 and info@infaneto.com.
On the other hand, the USER, registered on the website with a username and password, for which they assume full responsibility for use and safekeeping, and who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual purchase relationship arising between the PROVIDER and the USER at the moment the USER accepts the corresponding box during the online purchasing process.
The contractual purchase relationship entails the delivery of a specific product in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed on the website.
Contracting Procedure
In order to access the services or products offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must register through the website by creating a user account. The USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data required, which will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), as detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.
The USER shall choose a username and password, undertaking to use them diligently and not make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the PROVIDER of their loss, theft, or possible unauthorized access so that immediate blocking can be carried out.

1. General Contracting Clauses
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER implies acceptance by the USER of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
2. Order Shipment
The PROVIDER will not send any order until payment has been verified.
Shipments will normally be made via express courier (DHL, MRW, CTT), depending on the destination and order characteristics.
Delivery dates or timeframes are approximate and delay shall not constitute a fundamental breach. If delivery has not been made within 30 days from the agreed date, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund at no cost and without any liability for damages attributable to the PROVIDER.
Delivery time is usually between 1 and 5 working days, depending on the destination and payment method, provided product availability has been confirmed and full payment verified.
The PROVIDER shall not be liable if delivery cannot be completed due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the USER.
Delivery shall be considered completed when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER (or their representative) has signed the delivery receipt.
The USER must verify the products upon receipt and note any justified reservations or claims on the delivery document.
3. Returns – Right of Withdrawal
The USER has the same rights and deadlines to return products and/or report defects whether purchased online or offline.
The USER has thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product (Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March). Unless the return is due to a defect, shipping costs will be borne by the USER. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply when:

The product is not in perfect condition.

The original packaging is not provided or is damaged.

The product has been opened and it cannot be proven it was unused.

The product is personalized or excluded for hygiene or other legal reasons under Article 103 of Law 3/2014.
Returns must be notified by email to info@infaneto.com, indicating the invoice or order number.
The USER may send the product to the PROVIDER’s address or request collection (collection cost €4.99).
The refund will be processed within 3 working days after product inspection, using the same payment method.

5. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

6. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure. Obligations will be suspended until the cause ceases.
7. Assignment
The USER may not assign or transfer the rights and obligations arising from the sale.
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
The USER declares having read and accepted these General Conditions in full.
8. General Aspects of the Offer
All sales and deliveries are subject to these General Conditions.
Any modification or agreement contrary to these terms shall only be valid if expressly agreed in writing by the PROVIDER.
The PROVIDER reserves the right to modify product specifications due to technical improvements, provided this does not affect product value.
9. Price and Validity of the Offer
Prices include VAT or applicable taxes but exclude shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, or additional services unless stated otherwise.
Prices are shown in Euros and may change in real time.
Before purchase, the USER can review all details online. Prices may change until the order is confirmed.
A corresponding invoice will be issued and sent when the order is shipped.
10. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery address.
Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:

14. Warranties and Returns
The buyer has thirty (30) calendar days to return a product and obtain a full refund by contacting info@infaneto.com and sending the product.
15. Security
The website uses industry-standard security measures (firewalls, access control, encryption) to prevent unauthorized access.
Payments are 100% secure and processed via Banco Santander secure servers using SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication. No banking data is stored by the website.
Secure connections are indicated by “https://” and browser security indicators.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the USER’s place of residence. If the USER resides outside Spain, both parties expressly submit to the courts nearest to Cartagena (Spain).
