Accidental Damage Warranty Terms and Conditions
At b.box España (es.bbox.com), we offer an accidental damage warranty on all products purchased through our website, with the aim of giving you greater peace of mind with your purchase.
1. Warranty Period
The accidental damage warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Coverage
This warranty exclusively covers accidental damage that affects the proper functioning of the product.
b.box España will provide, at no additional cost for the part itself, only the damaged component required to restore the product’s functionality.
3. Exclusions
The following are expressly excluded from this warranty:
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality (scratches, dents, wear and tear, etc.)
- Damage that does not impair the correct use of the product
- Products that have been misused or handled negligently
4. Claim Procedure
To request coverage under this warranty, the customer must:

b.box España reserves the right to request additional information if necessary to assess the claim.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for sending the replacement part will be borne by the customer:
- €3.99 for shipments within mainland Spain
- €4.99 for shipments to the Balearic Islands
6. Geographic Limitations
This warranty applies only to orders shipped within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. It does not apply to orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, as we currently do not ship to these locations.
7. Usage Limitation
The accidental damage warranty may be used only once per order.
